Bluvia is a water system that turns your mains water into chilled still and sparkling water on site. It is built for hotels, restaurants, bars, wineries and other hospitality venues in Croatia, and comes as a monthly subscription covering the system, installation, filters, service and support — with no upfront investment in equipment.

You pay one fixed monthly amount that covers everything — the system, installation, routine maintenance, filter changes, technical support and unlimited water. There is no upfront equipment cost and no hidden fees. Contracts run for 12, 24 or 36 months, and a longer term means a lower monthly rate. The system remains the property of Bluvia throughout, and we maintain it.

Yes. You serve the water in elegant glass bottles that can be marked with your own logo, available to purchase. The bottles are washed and returned to the table, so guests get the impression of a house water they will not find anywhere else — and you show your commitment to sustainability without compromising how service looks.

Bluvia connects directly to your water supply and runs it through advanced multi-stage ultrafiltration that removes impurities while keeping healthy minerals. It then chills the water to serving temperature and carbonates it on demand. Everything happens at the moment of pouring, so the water never sits.

The water is produced where it is drunk, so transport, deliveries and single-use packaging fall away — and with them the largest part of the carbon footprint of the water you serve. That directly supports your sustainability goals, certifications such as Green Key, and Croatian waste-reduction obligations under EU directives.

The standard unit fits under the counter, in a 600 × 600 mm footprint. For larger venues we build custom configurations where one chiller serves several dispensing points. We also offer complete mobile systems for terraces, events and seasonal locations.

None — maintenance is entirely on us. Our team handles routine servicing, filter changes and system monitoring, and support is available seven days a week. We resolve emergency repairs or replacements within 24 hours, so your system keeps running even in peak season.

Bluvia systems use multi-stage ultrafiltration that reduces the chlorine responsible for a swimming-pool taste and smell, while keeping the minerals that matter for how water tastes. The water is prepared and poured at the moment of serving, so it never sits in packaging, and filters are changed on a service schedule we manage.

From agreement to the first glass usually takes five to seven working days. The installation itself takes under 30 minutes and does not interrupt service. From day one you have unlimited still and sparkling water and trained staff — training is included.
